It doesn’t take much social awareness to see that as a nation we are on the verge of experiencing fundamental change, known as the Great Reset, that would be a drastic “left turn,” into an abyss of globalist socialism which would eradicate individual freedoms and liberty, and institute a demonic system that, without a doubt, will be the foundation upon which the final beast empire will govern. This is not conjecture, it’s biblical; and it’s unfolding before our eyes.
What we have seen take place over this past two years has become opportunistic for those who seek to change the system. After all, that’s the whole premise for the Great Reset. From Covid-19, a very real disease that has become politically weaponized (just look at CDC’s reported recovery rate and the ineffectiveness of masks to prevent or even slow the spread; i.e., 87% + who have contracted Covid wore masks. This is not to make light of the deaths due to Covid, but to shed light on the scientific and statistical data that isn’t being reported to the general public), to the anarchist riots we have seen cloaked in the narrative of systemic racism through the proxies of Marxist and Facist organizations such as Black Lives Matters, Inc., and Antifa. In addition, throw in the consequential presidential election of 2020, and the overt vitriol that was, and still is, being leveraged against certain political, social, and religious ideologies and beliefs, specifically by the media and big tech companies, and you can see why socialist minded individuals who hold global power and influential positions are so opportunistic. For those who doubt the legitimacy of these opportunistic examples I’ve mentioned, I would suggest turning off CNN, MSNBC, FoxNews, and other mainstream media sources and do your own research.
SO WHAT IS THE GREAT RESET?
THE CONTEXT
The Covid-19 crisis (which I heard it recently called the “Trojan horse” for the Great Reset), and the political, economic and social disruptions it has caused, is fundamentally changing the traditional context for decision-making. The inconsistencies, inadequacies and contradictions of multiple systems –from health and financial to energy and education – are more exposed than ever amidst a global context of concern for lives, livelihoods and the planet. Leaders find themselves at a historic crossroads, managing short-term pressures against medium- and long-term uncertainties.
This should cause your ears to perk up a bit. Covid is changing the traditional context for decision making. In other words, instead of you making the decisions about your health, and how to protect yourself, a different decision making process needs to be established. And if you haven’t noticed, we are seeing that here in the U.S. and Australia, Europe, the U.K.; literally around the world. Those who embrace the ideology of the Great Reset, government leaders such as Gavin Newsom (Governor of California), Tom Wolfe (Governor of Pennsylvania), Andrew Cuomo (former Governor of New York), Bill DeBlasio (mayor of NYC), Lori Lightfoot (Mayor of Chicago), just to name a few, were more than willing to lockdown their state and city, regardless of the consequences, because in their mind, reset is in order. (Update: studies are consistently showing the negative effects lockdowns, masks, and other restrictive measures have had physically, mentally, emotionally, sociologically, economically. In addition, it has disproved the narrative that such measures would reverse the course of Covid-19. They haven’t. See documented studies below.)
Of course, this applies for those who live in their state and city, but not for them as we have consistently seen over the past two years. Their hypocrisy should be reason enough to lead you to consider that what they are selling is not safety, but fear. That’s the new context for decision-making. And because you and I aren’t smart enough to know how to protect ourselves and others, they will do it for us. Even though the science they promote contradicts their overreaching policies and mandates, eliciting fear for the sake of control is the new context for decision making. Again, this is not just for the U.S., but is part of a much bigger reset–a global reset.
THE OPPORTUNITY
On the World Economic Forum’s website, it states: “As we enter a unique window of opportunity to shape the recovery, this initiative will offer insights to help inform all those determining the future state of global relations, the direction of national economies, the priorities of societies, the nature of business models and the management of a global commons. Drawing from the vision and vast expertise of the leaders engaged across the Forum’s communities, the Great Reset initiative has a set of dimensions to build a new social contract that honours the dignity of every human being.”
There was a virtual meeting in June of 2020, hosted by the World Economic Forum. If you’re not familiar with the World Economic Forum I would encourage you to do some research. The group, comprised of the planet’s most powerful business leaders, government officials and activists, announced at their June 2020 meeting, a proposal to “reset” the global economy. Instead of traditional capitalism, the high-profile group said the world should adopt more socialistic policies, such as wealth taxes, additional regulations and massive Green New Deal-like government programs.
Recently, in an article that was posted on the World Economic Forum’s website, the founder and Executive Chairman of the WEF, Klaus Schwab, who is essentially the architect of the Great Reset movement globally, wrote, “the world must act jointly and swiftly to revamp all aspects of our societies and economies, from education to social contracts and working conditions.”(https://www.weforum.org/agenda/2020/06/now-is-the-time-for-a-great-reset/) He specifically called on, and in essence emphatically charged, the two most powerful nations in the world to take part in the Great Reset when Klaus Schwab wrote,”Every country, from the United States to China, must participate, and every industry, from oil and gas to tech, must be transformed. In short, we need a ‘Great Reset’ of capitalism.”
In part this would include a new international digital currency that would be used to displace the dollar as the world’s reserve currency. As well, it would take the economic power and give it to a small number of bankers and elites. Again, this isn’t conspiracy theory; this is happening.
Schwab also said that “all aspects of our societies and economies” must be “revamped,” “from education to social contracts and working conditions.”
The founder of the WEF, Klaus Schwab, because of his socialistic ideology and practice, has been called the new Karl Marx. It certainly seems true.
Joining Schwab at the WEF event was Prince Charles, one of the primary proponents of the Great Reset. Prince Charles said, “We have a golden opportunity to seize something good from this crisis — its unprecedented shockwaves may well make people more receptive to big visions of change. It is an opportunity we have never had before and may never have again.”
At the WEF meeting were Gina Gopinath, the chief economist at the International Monetary Fund; António Guterres, the secretary-general of the United Nations; and CEOs and presidents of major international corporations, such as Microsoft and BP (British Petroleum). Activists from groups such as Greenpeace International and a variety of academics also attended the event or have expressed their support for the Great Reset.
The Toronto Sun ran an editorial on November 16, 2020, regarding Canada’s Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s and the following statement he made to the United Nations: “Canada believes that a strong, coordinated response across the world and across sectors is essential. This pandemic has provided an opportunity for a reset.” As well, he has pledged $400 million to the global endeavor.
In an article posted by “The Blaze,” they reported that “Schwab and other supporters of the Great Reset blame many of the world’s problems on the perceived failure of the existing ‘social contract’ and what they call ‘shareholder capitalism’ — the current economic system in much of the Western world. Under ‘shareholder capitalism,’ individuals can buy shares of companies, which are then expected to produce goods and services they can sell to customers for a profit.” This is no different than what we see in Communist China, or what Germany went to in the 1930’s.
This is not merely current global leaders, though. Although there has not been a formal announcement by Biden that he supports the Great Reset, he has made many comments that quote verbatim the agenda of the World Economic Forum. In July of 2020, Biden called for an end to the “era of shareholder capitalism.” In addition, he echoed that the government should use the coronavirus pandemic as justification to “rewrite the social contract” of the United States. Interestingly enough, it doesn’t end there. One of the mantras of the Great Reset is the phrase “build back better,” which has also been touted by Biden expressly in promoting and supporting the “Green New Deal,” that is being pushed by Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Bernie Sanders, and the rest of the group known as “The Squad.” Such a deal would greatly increase the power of government (even that is an understatement), be catastrophic economically, and surrender more power to international entities.
THE WORLD ECONOMIC FORUM AND THE UNITED NATIONS
In June of 2019, the WEF and U.N. signed a strategic partnership framework for the purpose of the 17 Sustainability Development Goals (SDG) of the U.N.. These goals integrate with the agenda and platforms of the WEF:

• Zero Hunger
• Good Health and Well-Being
• Quality Education
• Gender Equality
• Clean Water and Sanitation
• Affordable and Clean Energy
• Decent Work and Economic Growth
• Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure
• Reduced Inequalities
• Sustainable Cities and Communities: “11.3 By 2030, enhance inclusive and sustainable urbanization and capacity for participatory, integrated and sustainable human settlement planning and management in all countries (elimination of private property)”
• Responsible Consumption and Production
• Climate Action
• Life Below Water
• Life on Land
• Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions
• Partnerships for the Goals
Lest you think this reset is nothing more than a conspiracy theory, just know that this is all on the World Economic Forum’s website, as well as the United Nation’s. As a matter of fact, on the home page of the WEF’s website it reads, “To improve the state of the world, the World Economic Forum is starting The Great Reset initiative.” It has been championed by those with a progressive ideology and political leanings, the corporate elite, and the media. Time magazine’s November 2 issue gave the Great Reset its cover. This is not a dig-deep-to-find story.
It is baffling to me how many people cry “conspiracy theory” regarding things that either seem too hard to believe, or that they do not want to consider as possibly being true–cognitive dissonance. If there is anything that the 2020 election revealed, it is how many people in our nation are ignorant of what is truly taking place, much like an ostrich with its head buried in the sand. I’m not speaking of what is on sites that have been labeled “conspiratorial.” These hard-to-believe facts are in plain sight.
I’m sure Noah would have been labeled a conspiracy theorist when he warned the people that a global flood was coming. They thought differently as soon as the rain started falling and the door on the ark was closed.
The same was true regarding the prophets of the Old Testament (Isaiah, Jeremiah, Ezekiel, Daniel, Joel, Habakkuk . . . just to name a few). That they would predict that enemies such as the Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans would destroy and take captive Israel seemed ludicrous to the people of Israel. To speak in today’s vernacular, they were conspiracy theorists. Lunatics. But they were spot on. Nailed it.
Recently I watched a documentary on the Holocaust, where several Jews who survived, as well as German civilians, were interviewed. There was one elderly woman in particular who said something that troubled me deeply. She said that they had heard stories about the Jews being murdered in gas chambers and then cremated; that the smoke rising from the smoke stacks of the concentration camps where from the dead bodies of Jewish women and children. But they would not believe it; it was just a conspiracy theory. They later would come to know that it was all true. They were hard to believe facts that were in plain sight. Conspiracy theories have a way of knocking you off your woke feet.
Others, such as those who have reported on this and have bought in to ideology of the Great Reset, aren’t like ostriches. Rather, they are not much different than the insects on “A Bug’s Life,” who ignore the warnings of not looking at the light, only to fatally find that it’s a bug zapper. Utopian thought always seems alluring, but never pans out in this world. Broken people, broken governments, and broken systems, cannot create an unbroken world. The truth is, in the end, progressive utopian thought is about nothing more than control by a few. It’s a Tootsie Roll pop with a center not made of chocolate, but a deadly poison–it tastes great until you get to the poison . . . and you always get to the poison.
Is this the end of the world as we know it? Maybe as we know it, but it’s not the end yet. I do believe there is coming a day when what Scripture teaches about the final seven years will come to fruition. Personally, I believe what we are seeing is a foretaste of what is to come:
• The masks, lockdowns, and push for mandatory vaccines are a test to see how far government can go, and how easily people can be manipulated by fear. And as an update from when I first wrote this, their fear tactics have worked. Thankfully, I believe there are many who are waking up.
• Although I do not believe if the Covid vaccine is made mandatory, in order to work, travel, or even purchase necessary goods that it will be the mark of the beast; I do believe, though, it will be a precursor to what will eventually be put in place with the great reset for economic, health, identity, and “data privacy” purposes; what Scripture refers to as the mark of the beast. Nothing is coincidental when it comes to this.
• A global system that will be governed by a few, and ultimately one leader of whom the scriptures refer as the Antichrist. That is not conjecture or opinion, rather biblical truth.
You can call me a conspiracy theorist, but I’ll put my trust in the Scriptures, which have yet to miss, nor will it, on matters of prophecy.
So how should followers of Jesus Christ respond to this?
• Be certain of your salvation. (1 John)
• Trust in the sovereignty of God: our hope does not rest in any government or leaders, but rather in the one true God who is enthroned in heaven and reigns gloriously and victoriously over all creation. (Psalm 2)
• Live each day for the glory of God. (John 15:8; Colossians 1:10; 1 Corinthians 10:31)
• Stand firm in the faith, and refuse to give in to fear. (Philippians 1:27-30; 1 Corinthians 15:58; 16:13; Ephesians 6:11; Joshua 1:9)
• Remember that we have a living hope that is imperishable, undefiled, and unfading. (1 Peter 1:3-9)
• Hold fast to the truth of God’s word. (Proverbs 4:4; 1 Corinthians 15:1-2; 1 Thessalonians 5:20-22)
• Persevere in the midst of suffering. (Romans 5:3-5; 2 Thessalonians 3:13; Matthew 24:13; James 1:12)
